Hello! I’m Samantha- aspiring leader and entrepreneur. I’ve always been fascinated by business, more specifically operations- and how these efforts become cohesive in attaining success. I love team environments because the collaboration and results in my opinion are unparalleled. This is why I decided to minor in Psychology so I can better support my current team, and eventually, one I will lead someday. I’m currently gaining experience as a Training Manager for a Food Manufacturing company, hoping to develop into a more senior role in the future.
