I am a dedicated, student-centered educator with more than two decades of experience teaching business, management, leadership, and supervision courses in higher education. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to fostering student success through professionalism, integrity, and a genuine passion for learning. My goal is to help students build the knowledge, critical-thinking skills, and confidence necessary to achieve their academic and professional aspirations.

In addition to my teaching experience, I have extensive professional experience in business and healthcare administration. Having served for more than 20 years in medical office management, I have developed a strong foundation in leadership, operations management, customer service, financial administration, and organizational effectiveness. This practical experience allows me to bridge the gap between theory and practice, helping students understand how business concepts are applied in real-world settings.

My teaching philosophy emphasizes active learning, engagement, and the practical application of course content. I strive to create meaningful learning experiences by connecting academic concepts to current business challenges and professional environments.
