About

I am currently an on-line full time student at Eastern University of New Mexico. I am enrolled in the College of Education’s CTE program. I will graduate this December 2014 with Career and Technology BAS, concentration food science, nutrition and culinary arts. At ENMU I am working on my second degree and plan on a third to be a certified nutritionist. I have 30 years experience in food and nutrition, HTRM, food industry manufacturing and marketing. Currently, while attending ENMU, I work at The Sandia Crest House; at tourist destination at the top of the Sandia Mountains (10,678’) above Albuquerque, NM.
I live in the Zuzax area East of Albuquerque at 7,000’ in a beautiful pinion forest. There I have a home on 1 ½ acres, with a greenhouse and several pets. I expect to teach self-sustainability to my future students.
