Sara Salyer

I am a hard working senior in my last semester of undergraduate Liberal Studies for elementary education. Throughout my college career I have strived to become the best teacher I can possibly become with limited experience. I am in an Integrated Credential Program (ICP), which is a degree program specifically tailored to train teacher candidates by giving us wisdom through teaching and learning, as well as hands-on experiences teaching in schools under the training of a practicing professional teacher. I am a creative, accommodating, and flexible individual with the ability and inspiration to develop hands-on, high interest, and thought provoking lessons, as well as, teacher-guided-student-directed lessons that put emphasis on the students’ educational responsibility. I am committed to the social and academic growth, development, and equity for every student.
