Kathyline Galvan

I am Kathyline Galvan I am currently nineteen years old. I come from a Hispanic family my father was born in Mexico and immigrated to the United States in the 90s and my mother was born to immigrant parents from Mexico. Since a small child I have always had a curiosity of the unknown and the sciences. My true curiosity came one day when my grandmother was taken to the University of Houston to be checked from her eyes. While being there the medical students all looked intrigued when the attending talked and explained what my grandmother's eyes had. I was impressed by the way he explained the eyes and how he used the machine in the room to show the root of the problem. The interest only grew after reading a few books and watching many videos. But as I came to be in University I found my self drowned in different sciences all exciting and all interesting and here is where my love for engineering physics came to be.
