About
Hello, my name is Jayla Simmons, and I love helping people and making a change. I have always been driven to make a positive impact in the world, and now, as I embark on this next chapter of my life, I am eager to channel that drive and passion into pursuing a career in politics. I've been devoted to education and gun control.
Goals and interests
- Career goal
Even though I am a junior, I would love to be in politics, specifically the future speaker of the house. It may be a desire to positively impact society and effect change in areas they are passionate about. I was drawn to the influence that comes with holding political office. Additionally, some individuals may see politics as a way to represent the interests of their community, advocate for their beliefs, and help shape the future of their country.
