About
Throughout my academic journey, I've consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence, earning commendable grades across a range of challenging courses. Noteworthy accomplishments include excelling in rigorous subjects like AP Statistics, AP Physics, AP US History, AP English Literature, AP Calculus, and AP Computer Science. My proficiency in mathematics is evident through high marks in Algebra, Geometry, Precalculus, and AP Calculus. Moreover, I've actively engaged in extracurricular activities such as Symphonic Winds, Concert Band, Wind Ensemble, and Symphonic Band, enriching my educational experience. With a cumulative GPA of 3.988, I take pride in my consistent academic performance, reflecting my dedication and determination to succeed.
I am an Eagle Scout. Through my decade of Scouting, I learned the value of service-based leadership. My favorite Scouting principle states “take pride in leaving your campsite better than you found it.” To me, this concept extends beyond the physical campsite, and into any situation. I expect myself to step up, be prepared, offer assistance when needed, and improve any scenario. Academically, I am interested in exploring the detailed nuances of computer science, and being able to blend in my experiences gained as an Eagle Scout, to ensure that modern technology is applied with the ethical and social guideposts to ensure it is properly used.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
As an Eagle Scout, I am well-versed in setting and achieving goals. Right now my desire is to start a career in computer science. What originally started as a way to cheaply play retro video games, quickly developed into a curiosity about how the electronic parts within the system work together. This sparked my interest in pursuing a career in this area.

- Outside the classroom
My ultimate goal is to earn a Computer Science degree and work as a programmer. As such, I have spent the last few years exploring computer-powered data analytics. For example, I have built a custom program analyzing more than 25,000 data points to help me track statistics and predict playoff results for my favorite sports teams. I have also taught myself how to repair electrical circuitry to restore vintage video game systems, such as the Xbox 360 and the Nintendo NES.
In addition, I enjoy studying about how computers and electronics work. For example, I began researching the internal coding languages of the systems so I could make my own custom Game Genie programs.
