Camryn Houk

I am an aspiring artist who hopes to use my art and voice in a productive manor. I know the impact one voice can make, even if it can seem minuscule in the moment. My art has been admitted in over twelve shows in the past three years, and has won many awards. As president of my school's theatre program, I have also gained many useful leadership skills such as time management, conflict resolution, perseverance, and more. I have student directed many of our shows; this taught me about the extreme level of teamwork and dedication that is required to be successful. I also volunteer around school to help wherever is needed. Whether it is long term, like having volunteered at our schools cafe for the past three years, or simply lending a hand, like dedicating my time to painting large scale murals for the prom.
