About
I am grateful to be apart of Honors Society. I am always looking for new opportunities to help my advancement in education. I am very passionate about learning and accomplishing my goals. I am a determined and highly focused young lady with big dreams. I have been a hard worker all my life. I started working as soon as I could, with a permit at fifteen and graduated high school with honors. Since then, I graduated Long Beach City College and transferred to Humboldt State University, where I am currently a senior. I believe that with hard work and determination, one such as myself, can accomplish anything and overcome anything life throws at you.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
My intended job path is to become an environmental science researcher and analyst for a nonprofit organization in watershed related areas. I would like to work with other scientist towards restoring crucial habitat and solving environmental problems. I would also like to publish my research and write for scientific journals or magazines. I would also like to speak at college campuses and scientific forums about my research.
- Graduate school interests
I would like to pursue a masters in environmental science. My current university, HSU, has a masters program for my major, but I am also considering other graduate schools.
- Outside the classroom
I have many diverse interests. I love to draw and paint. I enjoy hikes in the redwoods. I like to bicycle, swim, run, and play tennis. I also enjoy reading novels, journaling, and researching various topics in my spare time.
