Constance Smith

My career goal is to bridge physical and mental health care. Building on my background as a chiropractor, stretch practitioner, and kinesiology graduate, I am pursuing clinical mental health counseling to become equipped to care for the whole person. I hope to work with individuals facing significant health challenges and life transitions, and ultimately develop a care approach that integrates physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

My current interests include integrating faith and counseling, addressing trauma and grief, and supporting individuals navigating serious illness and major life transitions. I am particularly interested in understanding the whole person and developing approaches that address the emotional, relational, physical, and spiritual dimensions of well-being.

Outside of academics and professional pursuits, I enjoy staying active through aerial yoga and yoga, exploring my creativity through cooking and baking, and making time for the people who matter most to me -friends and family.
