Goals and interests

Career goal

I am pursuing a career in healthcare administration, with the goal of stepping into leadership roles such as, HR Director in a healthcare setting, or Healthcare Administrator. Building on my experience in Human Resources Management within the mental health industry, I aim to contribute to the strategic development and operational excellence of healthcare organizations. My focus is on improving workforce engagement, streamlining administrative processes, and enhancing patient centered care through effective leadership and organizational management.

Graduate school interests

In grad school, I’m really focused on leadership in healthcare administration. I’m working on building the skills to lead diverse teams, manage change, and help drive big-picture improvements in healthcare organizations. With my background in HR management in the mental health field, I care a lot about creating supportive, healthy work environments that benefit both staff and the people they serve. My studies are helping me understand leadership strategies, healthcare systems, and how to make operations run more smoothly—all so I can take on meaningful leadership roles in the healthcare world.
