I am a dedicated and results-driven professional with over five years of experience in healthcare operations, pharmacy data entry, medical billing, and quality assurance. Currently, I am advancing my education by pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, with minors in Computer Science and Mathematics, starting in Fall 2025. My passion lies at the intersection of healthcare and technology, where I aim to develop innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes and streamline healthcare processes.

I hold an Associate of Business & Arts from Cuyahoga Community College and am a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT). I have gained hands-on experience working with major healthcare organizations such as Express Scripts, UnitedHealth Group, and Remedi SeniorCare, specializing in pharmacy operations, data management, and claims processing.

In addition to my academic and professional pursuits, I am committed to lifelong learning and personal growth. I have completed certifications in Technology Sales through Course Careers and Software Development through NuCamp. I take pride in my strong work ethic, attention to detail, and desire to make a positive impact in both healthcare and technology fields.
