About

As a dedicated student with a profound commitment to mental health advocacy, I have transformed personal challenges into a mission to support others. My journey began with self-initiated learning through platforms like Coursera, leading to the creation of a mental health-focused Telegram channel that now supports over 120 members. Through this platform, I provide resources and a compassionate space for individuals navigating emotional hardships.

My academic pursuits in psychology are driven by a desire to understand and address the root causes of trauma and violence. This passion extends beyond the classroom, as I aspire to establish an international organization dedicated to providing psychological support in underserved regions.

Recognizing the importance of community engagement, I have actively participated in initiatives aimed at promoting mental well-being and resilience. These experiences have honed my leadership skills and reinforced my belief in the power of empathy and education to effect meaningful change

Goals and interests

Career goal

My long-term goal is to open an international, independent organization that provides psychological support to people in developing countries — regardless of race, gender, nationality, or background. I want to create real access to mental health care where it is often overlooked or ignored.

Alongside this, I plan to develop an animated series based on A Court of Thorns and Roses, using the characters and storylines to highlight psychological trauma and healing. Animation is one of the most effective ways to reach people emotionally and visually — especially through accessible platforms like television and streaming.

My career path will begin with becoming a licensed mental health counselor, but my goal is not only to practice psychology — I want to help reshape how people understand trauma, therapy, and emotional resilience. Eventually, in my mid-40s, I would love to become a professor and share everything I’ve learned with the next generation — to pass on passion, purpose, and vision to future mental health professionals.

Graduate school interests

I am accepted by the University of South Alabama!!!

Outside the classroom

I have a variety of hobbies. One of my very first hobbies, in a way, is constantly looking for something new and creative to do. For example, recently I tried playing the drums and doing Pilates on special machines called reformers. I’ve also done running, kickboxing, and boxing.

Besides that, I’ve explored different kinds of dance — from ballroom and Latin dances to sports dancing and even pole dance. At different times, I also tried to get into team sports like volleyball, football, and basketball. Volleyball worked out really well for me one summer — I was playing almost every day and truly enjoyed it.

Right now, my main active hobbies are Pilates, reading, and discovering new things. I love doing Pilates because it strengthens me from the inside, and it’s one of those moments when my mind finally switches off. I love reading because it inspires me to create and helps shape who I am. And I love exploring new things, because it always leads to unexpected discoveries and interesting new connections.
