About

am a first-generation college graduate and United States military veteran currently completing my Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Learning with an interdisciplinary focus in Early Childhood Education at the University of Louisville, graduating in May 2026. My academic journey has been shaped by resilience, discipline, and a deep commitment to leadership and service.

As a mother of five, I have learned to balance the responsibilities of parenting, education, and personal growth while remaining dedicated to creating a better future for my family and community. My experiences have strengthened my ability to lead with empathy, perseverance, and accountability. I am passionate about supporting children and families, particularly through education, mentorship, and community-centered initiatives.

Beyond academics, I am committed to continued growth through graduate studies and long-term leadership development. My goal is to pursue advanced education and eventually a PhD, using my knowledge in leadership and education to create programs that support families, empower young learners, and improve community outcomes.

Being recognized by Honor Society represents not only my academic achievements but also the resilience, dedication, and purpose that have guided my journey. I am committed to using my education and leadership skills to make a lasting and meaningful impact.
