Goals and interests

Career goal

My goal is to become a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in pediatric primary care. I plan to provide comprehensive, family-centered care that supports healthy growth and development, preventive health, and chronic condition management for children and adolescents. In the long term, I hope to take on a leadership role in advancing evidence-based practice and improving access to high-quality pediatric care in community and outpatient settings.

Graduate school interests

My graduate studies in the Doctor of Nursing Practice–Family Nurse Practitioner program at Florida State University reflect my commitment to advancing clinical expertise and leadership within pediatric primary care. I am particularly interested in evidence-based practice, preventive health strategies, and the integration of family education into care delivery. Through the DNP program, I aim to develop the skills needed to improve healthcare outcomes for children and families while contributing to innovative, research-informed approaches to primary care.

Outside the classroom

Outside of nursing, I enjoy surfing, hiking, and traveling. These activities allow me to stay active, connect with nature, and experience new cultures and perspectives!
