Throughout my journey—from frontline pediatric intensive care to nursing leadership and executive-level responsibilities—I have gained a comprehensive understanding of patient care, healthcare operations, and the complex challenges facing patients, families, and clinical teams.

I completed a dual master’s degree—earning both my Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and Master of Business Administration (MBA)—to strengthen my clinical expertise and leadership capabilities. Building on that academic foundation, I am now advancing my career further by pursuing my Nurse Practitioner degree and licensure. This next step will allow me to expand my scope of practice, enhance my ability to deliver high‑quality patient care, and contribute more meaningfully to improving health outcomes within the communities I serve.
