About

My name is Danique Maria Adriana Vermuë. I am 20 years old and a Division I student-athlete at the University of New Orleans, where I compete in women’s tennis for the New Orleans Privateers. I am currently majoring in Human Performance and Health Promotion. I have earned my Associate Degree and maintain a 4.0 GPA. I am a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and the Socrates International Honor Society. As a Division I athlete, I balance full-time academic coursework with NCAA-level training, competition, and team commitments. My academic focus is on human performance, physical health, and health promotion, with an emphasis on understanding how physical activity and education contribute to overall well-being and performance.
