About
I am currently a fourth-year student at the University of California, Irvine, double majoring in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering. At a young age I developed an appreciation for things that fly. Growing up in Irvine, California, I was able to witness some impressive aircraft flying overhead, on route to the nearby El Toro Marine Base. As I began to enjoy higher-level math and science in my high school years, that appreciation turned into a desire to help create and design new things that fly. I was pleased to be accepted to UCI for aerospace engineering, and have enjoyed learning about dynamics and spaceflight, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and compressible flows, as well as many other topics in my courses. I also have learned to work well in groups, and was able to make a solid robotic vehicle for competition with one particularly good group. As I enter into my fourth and final year at UCI, I look forward to entering the aerospace industry and beginning a career, and hopefully being a part of the fantastic history of flight.
