Johnny Herndon

I am a Marketing student at Northeastern State University (expected graduation December 2027) based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and I blend academic study with hands-on professional experience.

I work as a Content and Field Marketing Coordinator at Rivas and Associates, managing social media, video production, and live streaming, while also running a freelance social media management business with clients like Pure Kitchen and Market. I operate my own food and lifestyle content brand, @f0rkandf0llow, spotlighting Tulsa-area restaurants, and I’m a competitive CrossFit athlete of four years with sponsorships from brands including DFRINT, FitAid, LMNT, and RBST under my fitness platform, @j0hnnyfit. My work is grounded in authenticity, discipline, and community — drawing on faith, athletic performance, and entrepreneurial content-building — with a long-term goal of moving into marketing leadership, either through agency work or my own media company.
