About
I am Marse Romero. I have grown up throughout the private school community. I am attending Frostburg State University to achieve a bachelors degree in Music Education with a concentration in Vocal Studies as well as a minor in Journalism. Music is something I hold dear to my heart and always will. I have worked with children for the past 5 years and they are my pride and joy. I hope to teach children for the rest of my life. Watching the children I have taken care of grow up is the best feeling I have ever had. I have also worked with my schools yearbook for my high school career as the Photo Editor. Photography is one of my biggest passions besides music.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
I plan on becoming a music teacher for elementary students. I also still hope to be performing jazz as well as working with a magazine company to help do articles focused on the arts. Since Fine and Performing Arts are being taken out of many schools. I hope to create a program where students that want to dig deeper in the arts can come in and spend an hour or two after school to learn more about what the arts are about.
- Graduate school interests
I hope to attend Graduate School to focus in Jazz Studies to help strengthen my knowledge in one of my favorite styles of music.
- Outside the classroom
I enjoy playing softball and tennis. I also try to help out my community in the best ways that I am able to.
