Connor Smith

I am a graduate student at Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business currently pursuing my MBA. I recently earned my Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a minor in Economics, graduating with a 3.55 GPA. Throughout college, I balanced my academics with a demanding career in the restaurant industry, advancing into management and serving as a Kitchen General Manager while completing my degree.

Outside of academics and work, I stay actively involved through student organizations, intramural sports, and community service. These experiences have strengthened my leadership, communication, discipline, and ability to work with people from different backgrounds.

I am driven by continuous growth and have long-term goals of building a successful career in business, taking on greater leadership responsibilities, and eventually developing businesses of my own. I am pursuing my MBA to continue expanding my knowledge in leadership, strategy, finance, and decision-making while building on the real-world management experience I have already gained.
