I became a nurse because I love science, cherish diversity, enjoy new challenges and like to be the part of solution.
Early in my nursing carrier my mentors encouraged me to venture into leadership and management. They told me that I have special gift: I have a gift in finding the root cause and solving the problem with the help of team efforts. I have been a manager and Assistant director of nursing, Nurse Practice educator and am currently an on-line faculty for administration of healthcare. I also am the President and Chief Executive Officer of my own international company consulting and Education Company with staff of two executive directors, 15 managers and 75 consultants around the world.
My ultimate career goal is to continue research with focus on neurological disorders and fall prevention with utilization of complementary and holistic healing interventions. I also want to provide effective on-line education for healthcare professionals with English as a second language.

My personal goal is to successfully develop global on-line education with support of social media support and world wide networking to help mentor and inspirer strong healthcare leaders internationally.
