• Construct and prepare pre-activity and phase gate meetings • Plan and conduct daily activities to ensure QA/QC data is properly conducted and accurately recorded • Train and mentor new employees on QA/QC inspections and procedures • Create observations for non-conformance items and help site management team implement corrective measures • Create and complete inspections and benchmarks to ensure QA/QC is met throughout projects • Review testing and inspection reports to identify any non-conformance items and coordinate a resolution • Experience in foundation, civil, turbine installation, electrical, and mechanical completion work • Create and prepare documents for turnover to customer • Develop and maintain material tracking logs (foundation, civil, electrical) • Complete RFI’s, Submittals, and Transmittals utilizing Procore • Assist in coordinating required project permits (local, state, federal) • Ensure construction work is in conformance with schematics, design documents, drawings, and contractual documents • Create, prepare and distribute plan of day (POD) • Create and update FE planner for staffing needs on projects
