I am a Civil Engineer working in the Transportation Field. I received my MSCE in 2015 from Ohio University. I'm excited to be an alumni from the Russ College of Engineering. I would like to incorporate roadway design with bridge design in the future.

Grad School Interests

I particularly liked bridges and structures. I would like to incorporate my roadway design with bridge design. Bridges can be functional and pieces of art. Bringing the two of them together is a wonderful thing. I am using a new software called Midas software for prestressed concrete bridges for LRFD specs.

Intended Job Path

Currently, I work at LADOT in downtown Los Angeles. I have been able to work in Geometric Design, Taxicab Franchises, Transit and our engineering field offices. We are introducing new transportation programs such as Great Streets, Vision Zero, People Street, Multi-Modalism, Car Share, Bike Share and overall Active Transportation.
