Turn a career goal into your next three steps

  1. Choose one direction. Identify a role, industry or skill you want to explore. Write down what you want to learn before making a decision.
  2. Gather useful evidence. Compare role requirements, prepare questions for a mentor and review examples of the work employers expect.
  3. Put your learning to work. Refine one application, practice one interview answer or complete a small project that demonstrates a relevant skill.

Returning to education? You can also explore scholarship opportunities and review the eligibility criteria for each award. If member discounts interest you, browse the current benefits and compare them with what you would actually use.
