I am Wallace Giora Chayim Andrews: a husband, father, U.S. Army combat veteran, educator, martial arts instructor, student of psychology, and advocate for children and families. My life is driven by faith, discipline, service, and the conviction that adversity can be transformed into purpose.
My academic path in psychology, addiction studies, education, and autism spectrum disorder reflects my commitments to understanding human development and improving the lives of others. As the Director of Education and co-creator of Vida Montessori Academy, I advocate for my children while developing a private home-based Montessori environment that recognizes neurodiversity, protects individuality, and nurtures each child's potential.
My purpose extends beyond my own family. I intend to pay forward the knowledge gained through education, military service, fatherhood, and lived experience by supporting families who choose educational alternatives because traditional systems have misunderstood, marginalized, or excluded their children.
To be "Light Driven", is to move with intention even when the path is difficult. I am committed to becoming the leader I was called to be, one who turns struggle into wisdom, knowledge into service, and personal achievement into a source of hope with or without action for others.
