With a strong foundation in chemistry from my integrated M.Sc. & B.Sc. at the National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), Bhubaneswar, India, I embarked on a journey of exploration and discovery in the field of inorganic and organometallic chemistry. As a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Florida (UF), Gainesville, I have dedicated myself to advancing scientific knowledge through innovative research. My work focuses on synthesizing novel ligands and compounds to support biologically relevant iron sulfur clusters, with the aim of contributing to greener and more sustainable chemical processes. In addition to my research endeavors, I am passionate about teaching and mentorship, serving as a graduate teaching assistant at UF. Through hands-on laboratory sessions and engaging discussions, I strive to inspire and empower the next generation of scientists. My commitment to scientific excellence and positive societal impact is further evidenced by my involvement in community outreach activities, aimed at promoting scientific literacy and sparking interest in STEM disciplines among young minds. Throughout my career, I have been honored to receive prestigious awards and fellowships, recognizing my dedication and contributions to research and academia. As I continue to pursue my passion for chemistry, I am committed to making meaningful contributions to the field and inspiring others to explore the wonders of science.
