Abdiel Vieyra

My name is Abdiel Ivan Vieyra Soni. I am a High School senior in El Paso, Texas with 17 years old. I consider myself as a dedicated student who cares about grades. As a matter of fact, my major strenght is Mathematics. I have a great facility dealing with numbers and algebraic expressions. That's why my grades in math fields are great, which are constantly between the 90 and 100. Even more surprising than my success in math is my success in cross country.
Together as a team we have had the chance to compete in the event Nike Desert Twilight XC Festival, where our whole team improved personal records. Coaches recognize me as the second best runner for cross country in the school, with excellent times for the 5,000 meters and the 3,200 meters.
Personally, I think I am someone who is prepared for college, to keep growing as a person, and also to improve my weaknesses.
