I am a PhD student in education and specializing on Organizational Leadership. Master of Science in Human and Social Services (HSS) with a concentration of community and social services. Bachelor of Science in Social Work and minor in Information Studies Technology. I am currently working as a Nationality Worker and information aide/District Translator. Syracuse City School District (SCSD), New York, USA. I Provide social services to families and children in the Syracuse city school district but not limited to parent liaison, case management, translation/interpreting services, in-take paperwork, school registration and placement services, heath compliance and school attendance, administrative support services to central district staff, school building staff including the teachers, administration and auxiliary staff in the Syracuse city schools; to help parents and students with issues that affect their school performance, language acquisition, behavior and socialization; assisting all non -English speaking people and their relations with various governmental agencies in the Syracuse city school district.
