ABHIPSA DEY

As an architecture student, my intended job path is to become a licensed architect. This will involve completing my professional degree in architecture, completing the necessary internships, and passing the Architect Registration Examination (ARE).
Once I am a licensed architect, I hope to gain experience working in an architectural firm, where I will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and gain hands-on experience in the field. I am particularly interested in working on sustainable and environmentally-friendly projects, such as green buildings and smart cities.
As I gain more experience and establish myself in the industry, I would like to eventually become a project manager, leading teams of architects and designers on large-scale projects. I am also interested in pursuing research opportunities, and potentially becoming a professor in architecture and design.

In addition to my professional pursuits, I also hope to be actively involved in community-based projects, such as designing and building affordable housing, and working with local government and non-profit organizations to improve the built environment in underprivileged communities.
Overall, my goal is to become a well-rounded architect who not only excels in design and technical skills, but also has a strong understanding of the social and environmental impact of architecture and the role it plays in shaping our communities.

My interest in pursuing graduate studies stems from my passion for delving deeper into the field of architecture and gaining a more comprehensive understanding of the subject. I believe that a graduate program in architecture will provide me with the opportunity to expand my knowledge and skills, and prepare me for a successful career in the field.
One of the primary reasons for my interest in graduate studies is to gain a more specialized understanding of sustainable design. As an architecture student, I have always been fascinated by the intersection of design and the environment and how architecture can be used as a tool for creating sustainable and resilient communities. I believe that a graduate program in sustainable architecture will provide me with the knowledge and skills necessary to design buildings and cities that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also environmentally conscious.
I am also interested in gaining a deeper understanding of the relationship between architecture and the community. I believe that architecture has the potential to shape and improve our communities, and I am eager to learn more about how design can be used as a tool for social and economic development. I am particularly interested in pursuing research in the area of affordable housing and community-based design.
In addition to my academic interests, I am also eager to gain practical experience in the field. I am also looking forward to the opportunity to work with renowned architects and professors in the field, who will provide me with valuable mentorship and guidance.
