About
I am currently a summer high school senior. I plan on going to western Washington university, and I’m so excited that I also got accepted. It’s the only college I applied to and got accepted to!
I am also a very dedicated flute/piccolo player, I have spent the last 4 years participating in band activities, events, and fundraisers for the program. We’ve won many awards and grand sweepstakes for the auburn Veterans Day parade and field show competition!
I have also been apart of the Jazz band, and we have competed in many competitions around Washington state! We also traveled to Disneyland and played for some music covers and a performance in the park.
I have also been apart of solo/ensemble in the puyallup area for 3 years. Freshman year I was in a flute quintet and received a 2. Junior year I did a flute solo and received a 2-, and lastly I did a flute solo this year and received a 2+.
Most of my high school career has been focused around band, but I’m very dedicated to it, and I have been able to learn very valuable lessons and skill. As of right now, I am flute 1 in the symphonic part of band, and I am also the flute/piccolo section leader! I am hoping I might continue my knowledge in music to college.
