I lived in 3 foreign countries with different diverse systems and I grew as a human being through valuable and worthwhile challenges. At a very young age, gained valuable international experience, studied in Albania, my country of origin, and obtained a BS in Information Technology in Sweden from Stockholm University in 2017. To keep growing as a person and a professional, I moved to the United States and got an MBA degree in 2020 with a 4.0 GPA from the bachelor's degree and MBA programs. I am currently pursuing an MS in Business Analytics degree at Bentley University, in Massachusetts, graduating in December 2022.

In 2016 I worked at Microsoft as a Junior Assistant Manager Intern in Stockholm, Sweden and after that, as a Data Analyst at Carrero Mortgage Advisors in Miramar, Florida, where I implemented a project management system for the loan process in 2 states: Florida and Texas, measured the team's performance through data analysis, received a Loan Originator certificate to adapt with the business needs and helped clients during the pandemic. I volunteered as a Data Analyst at Bentley University on different projects using analytics, creating visualizations with Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, R (Programming Language), and applied statistics, mathematics, and regression models in different tasks. I know how to complete projects in a timely manner, and am willing to learn, share and grow. I take the initiative and prioritize my focus.
