My name is Adones Wilburn and I am an Industrial Engineering major at Texas A&M University - Commerce. I am a classified sophomore and I work hard everyday to maintain my academic good standing and I enjoy hobbies such as playing Intramural basketball for the university on my free time. I am very dedicated to my school and love to get involved with some of the activities that are hosted on campus as well as enjoying the all the exciting events that our school has to offer. But overall, I work to get my degree in engineering and mathematics and hope to set a promising future for myself when I graduate from college.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
My intention when it comes to my job pathway is to stay true to what my talents are as an individual. I am good at conducting things and making sure that tasks are being done right when doing projects with a group of people so I feel as though something like a Project Engineer would best suit me as a person and I may take that route with my engineering career.
- Graduate school interests
My graduate school goals are really just to further my education. Whenever I decide that I want to achieve something like a master's degree I will go back to school and master in Mathematics to broaden my options for job opportunities and find out what it is that I want to do with my career.
- Outside the classroom
The hobbies that I take interest in are writing poetry, playing sports, and going places with my family whenever I have the chance to.
