I graduated from Louise High School in 2009. I then graduated from Wharton County Junior College in 2013 with an Associates in Teaching and an Associates in General Studies. I am currently attending the University of Houston-Victoria to further my career. My major is Education (EC-6). I am also getting ESL certified (English as a Second Language). I graduated with honors in both high school and community college. I will also be graduating with honors from the University of Houston-Victoria.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
After graduation I want to become an elementary teacher. I want to create a positive school experience for all children that enter my classroom. I want to provide students with the opportunities they need to succeed. I want to take an constructivist approach to teaching. I firmly believe in teaching the whole child.
- Graduate school interests
I would be interested in furthering my education and one day becoming a principal.
- Outside the classroom
I enjoy arts and craft hobbies such as sewing, painting, and making jewelry. I also enjoy reading books and playing catch with my dog Taz.
