About

I am a Colombian public administration and international development professional with more than 16 years of experience across multilateral organizations, government, higher education, and social-impact initiatives. I currently serve as a Financial Operations Consultant in the Organization of American States’ Department of Sustainable Development, supporting multi-country water security and climate resilience programs across Latin America and the Caribbean. Previously, at the International Monetary Fund, I supported Executive Board operations and major international meetings involving officials from more than 190 member countries. In Colombia, I served as Secretary General of a public university and advised Congress on more than 163 legislative initiatives. I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Public Administration at The George Washington University. My goal is to strengthen public institutions and advance transparent, inclusive, and sustainable development through international cooperation.
