About
My name is Adrianna Beckler and I am a social work major at Winona State University. Last year I transferred here from Western Technical College in La Crosse Wisconsin where I went to school for two years. I was just recently accepted into the social work program at Winona State and I cannot wait to get started on my classes this coming semester! The reason I chose this profession is because I believe in social justice and would like to see social change within my lifetime and would love to be a part of the change.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
First I will finish my 4 year degree in my bachelor's of social work with a minor in WGSS (Women's Gender and Sexuality Studies). After that I plan to work in the field of adults with mental illnesses for a couple years before continuing on to get my master's.
- Graduate school interests
I am interested in going to Grad school in Denver Colorado, or California.
- Outside the classroom
I enjoy singing in the choir at my school. During the summer I enjoy going to the beach and going on long drives. Hiking is my favorite thing to do throughout the entire year!
