About
I’m a firm believer that life is better at a high tempo. My personal philosophy is a mix of local impact and global wandering; I’m just as happy navigating a new city’s transit system in search of the best street food as I am volunteering in my own neighborhood. I’ve got a deep appreciation for the 'great outdoors' and the cultures that make this planet interesting, and I’m always looking for the next experience that challenges my perspective—preferably one that requires a passport or a solid pair of hiking boots.

Goals and interests
- Outside the classroom
My spare time is a pretty loud mix of art and athletics. I’ve spent years training in Bharatanatyam, which keeps me connected to my culture, and I balance that out with the high-speed intensity of varsity tennis. When I'm not on the court or the stage, I’m usually at a piano or losing my voice at a live concert. I’m a huge fan of live music—there’s just nothing like the energy of a crowd and a good performance to get you inspired.
