About
Hello! My name is Akiva Gray. I am a third-year student at the University of Puget Sound. While I am majoring in German Language and Culture studies, it was through my community that I discovered my passion for Judaism and for teaching. I underwent a taxing, two-year process to convert to Judaism, which included over 10 hours of study per week on top of regular school, and pushed me to the limits spiritually, academically, and mentally. Now I am leveraging my newfound confidence and faith to go to Rabbinical school, and one day, I will be able to give back to the people who guided me on my journey.
