About
I am from Jamaica. I have lived in the US since 2005. I attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Western Kentucky University in 2009. I am now a full-time graduate student at Western Kentucky University, and will graduate in December 2015 with a Master of Science in Engineering Technology Management. As an undergraduate student I was not inspired, I was learning everything that I didn't want to know nothing about - the academic career ladder, surely it serves a purpose, but it is just not for me. I am a people person, and this was seen in my character, because it caused people to believe in me. I was elected president of the WKU International Club and served for a year; it was easy, the club grew very fast. I was elected to serve another year and I turned it down. I wanted to raise money for the club, enough money to send 50 or more members to visit abroad for a week and explore other cultures; but it is a non profit organization so my idea was rejected. Well that didn't make much sense to me so I quit the club, because in my opinion, it takes money to do things, whether it be profit or non profit - time is money, and I didn't intend to waste any more of my time.
I don't set goals I just have one big dream, and in order to make my dream come true, I need to change, daily. Every single day, I need to become a better person, until finally that day when I become that dream. If I am a performer, and every time I get upon stage I do the same old act, the reaction from the audience will always be the same or get worse, unless of course I improve my act. What most people don't realize, is that a better life is inspired by change, and imagination. First you imagine yourself doing something great, but then you must perform. Everyday I go out and I perform, I try to improve my act, because I know that success is based upon performance, and people will pay a lot of money to see you in action.
You see, the wise man will look for a good idea to earn money, but the foolish man thinks that he needs money before he can have a good idea.

I served on the WKU Bee Club, I was a member when the club first started out. The WKU Bee Club raise honey bees to make honey, and they also use the bees to help to pollinate the local farms in the area. I also served as a WKU Ambassador for the Architectural and Manufacturing Sciences Department. As a WKU Ambassador, I was able to travel to a few conferences to recruit students into the AMS programs at WKU.
