My passion has always been to enable organizations to educate, engage, develop, and empower their workforce by developing a focused strategic plan of their vision and mission for their employees, clients, and the communities they serve that drive performance and success. I have done this as a researcher studying the African Americans in the corporate work environment, an independent consultant guiding organizations through strategic planning and diversity and inclusion, managing and designing global training programs, and developing leadership development for executives for a diverse portfolio of global clients.
