About
As I grew up my family moved around, a total of ~14 times, so I got to experience many different school districts and teaching styles. While we moved it was discovered I'm dyslexic and so I was put on an IEP. This limited my learning in math and science but helped me with English. So up until my junior year I didn't really have the chance to take honors classes, but since then I have taken AP government and advanced honors math.
Honors and awards
-
eagle scout rank
In just a short two years I made the highest rank in scouts, lead the whole troop, and took leadership training.
Goals and interests
- Career goal
I intended to start with some company, learn my way into management, and eventually open my own branch where I would be the boss of the whole business.
- Graduate school interests
I want to learn a variety of things, I believe if I have a diverse skill set then I'll have more opportunities to grow in my field of study. So while I wish to go to Miami University and study mechanical engineering, I also want to take classes on business and finance.
- Outside the classroom
I enjoy, camping, hiking, archery and shooting sports, collecting antiques, learning about cars and their engines, 100%ing games, driving around, traveling, trying new foods, cooking, teaching, and helping others as much as I can.
