Goals and interests

Career goal

I want to major in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in environmental engineering. In addition, becoming a member of Engineers without borders USA is a significantly important organization I plan to participate in. Joining such organizations to benefit those who don’t have sufficient resources is a career goal I yearn to achieve. Differences between each race/culture exist and I see beauty in those differences. Learning from and assisting various races/cultures indicates acceptance of cultural differences and embracing the beauty of humanity. For instance, cooperating for the construction of a water system will prevent millions of children from a painful death caused by parasites and other diseases. Although it is merely impossible to save the life of every suffering child, I would be more than happy to push my limits and save as many lives as I can.

Graduate school interests

I am preparing to fulfill the transfer requirements mandated by The Henry Samueli School of Engineering to be accepted at UC Irvine.

Outside the classroom

After being a Varsity cheerleader for three years in high school, I gained a gymnastics background. As a result, I began practicing acro yoga. For those who don't know what acro yoga is, it is a combination of acrobatics and yoga, usually performed with a partner.
