Alexina Jones

I am a Business Management student at The University of Texas at Arlington in Arlington, TX.

I chose business Management because I am an intense, driving person with a strong concern for getting work done right and on time. I'm strongly motivated by my sense of responsibility. While at work, my primary focus is on the tasks at hand, I do give some energy to the people and relationships needed to finish.

I am a firmly decisive person able to make decisions quickly.

I work at a pace which is measurably faster-than-average, I can learn quickly and thoroughly, adapting to new ideas and policies with caution and discretion.

As a communicator, I am factual, direct, and authoritative, expressing myself with precision.

Because of this, I am a great team leader and work well with others. I plan on working my way up to the top of the corporate ladder and one day retire to own and operate a small family business.
