About
My name is Alexis, I am 24 years old, and I’m a police officer in the Air Force. I have four siblings that are all in different branches of the military. Expect one who is a senior in high school, who plans on joining as well. I do not have any children, but I am a dog mom to a playful and energetic male shih tzu. We love morning walks and hiking. However, most of the time I have to carry him. Due to my job, I realize that a lot of people tend to avoid me. To help with that, I go out to the community and play with the kids, and stop to answer question anyone in the community may have. Being an officer has its ups and downs. However, I love being able to help other people. We are typically the first ones to respond and arrive on scene. If something is going on, and the individual needs help. Then we administer first aid, until our medical performance arrive on scene. I love the rush you receive when you first arrive. It is like your body knows it’s game time. So I would like to work in a emergency room. To stay on my toes, and do the very best that I can do! I am taking this course, so that I can be closer to my goals. I can not help people the way I intend on doing, if I do not have the degree to back it up. I will not let anything stop me from achieving that goal.
