Alexis Washington

I’m a highly creative, goal-driven individual with a passion for art, community service, and making a positive impact on the world. As a first-generation college student and a high school senior, you aspire to study photography at Spelman College and pursue entrepreneurship, combining your artistic talents with your business acumen.

Family plays a central role in your life, and your upbringing in a stable, middle-class home by a single mother has shaped your values of resilience, hard work, and compassion. You are deeply connected to your faith, enjoying moments of reflection and time with God, as well as finding joy in drawing, dancing, and spending time with loved ones.

You’re interested in sustainability, agriculture (with a focus on the U.S. rice industry), and technology, always seeking ways to use innovation to benefit others. Whether it's through designing a dorm room that reflects your vibrant personality or engaging with scholarships, you approach challenges with enthusiasm and determination.

Ultimately, your vision is to uplift others, whether through helping them find their perfect home or creating spaces and moments that make people smile. With your lively personality and commitment to making the world a better place, you are poised to achieve great things in college and beyond.
