Oncology Nursing Management. If the doesn't pan out then something with education to policy. I have many options but it is important that I continue to make an impact either on the nursing field and the the patients or on the policies that effect those who carry out the procedures. Ideally, I would love to make policies at a larger scale level further on down the road in my career.
