About
I didn’t come from a traditional, picture perfect family but that’s what built the foundation of my character. I understand that minorities and women get consistently degraded and overlooked in many professional settings, but I will not allow that to stop me. I was raised to be strong, independent, and to trust in the abilities that God has blessed me with. I will adapt in a world that is set against me, because I take pride in who my parents raised me to be.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
Similar to most college students, I am not set on one path for my future. Although, one thing I know for sure is that I want to go into the felid of finance. Wither that means becoming a financial advisor or business analysist, I want to help others problem solve their finances. Especially in our modern era, money is a heavy weight on the backs of a lot of businesses and households, so I would like to help them monetary relief. I find joy in budgeting and problem-solving and therefore would like to expand upon my interests with a career.
- Graduate school interests
For grad school I would like to mostly focus on my studies but also get more involved in clubs. My membership in the National Art Honors Society in high school made me realize the joy of volunteering. It helped me connect better with not only my community but also friends. It pushed me out of my comfort zone and allowed me to learn new skills that I will never forget. So moving forward, I am excited to take advantage of the vast selection of clubs and volunteer opportunities college has to offer and make lasting memories that will be the foundation of my future.
