About
Over the past five years, working and volunteering in various childcare environments, I have come to realize that I want to be a caring school psychologist for children today. I am the oldest of five siblings and my mother was a Pre-K teacher for 16 years, so caring for children has always been a part of my life. I began formally working with children in Georgia through the YMCA eight years ago. Throughout this time, I have observed that children don’t get to spend enough one on one time with their parents amid full time jobs and full time home responsibilities and they need someone that has their attention and that will listen to them. My goal is to be that attentive, caring, and trustworthy adult in their lives in the environment that they spend a substantial amount of time, school.
