About
I am a Human Resources, Safety, Operations, and Technology leader with more than 11 years of experience helping organizations grow through strategic leadership, innovation, and people-first solutions. I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resource Development at Villanova University after completing studies in Human Resource Management and Information Systems & Technology, and I am proud to maintain Dean’s List recognition while participating in Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society.
My professional interests include organizational development, artificial intelligence in Human Resources, workforce strategy, leadership development, and technology modernization. I enjoy building scalable systems, mentoring leaders, solving complex business challenges, and creating workplaces where employees can thrive.
Outside of my career, I enjoy continuous learning, mentoring others, community involvement, and exploring new technologies that improve the way organizations operate. I believe education, integrity, and lifelong curiosity are the foundation for meaningful leadership and lasting impact.

- Career goal
I aspire to continue advancing into executive Human Resources leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources, Head of People, Chief People Officer, or Chief Human Resources Officer. My goal is to help organizations build high-performing, people-centered workplaces by integrating Human Resources, technology, artificial intelligence, compliance, organizational development, and strategic business planning. I am passionate about creating scalable systems that improve employee experience, strengthen leadership, and drive long-term organizational success.

I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resource Development at Villanova University. My academic interests include organizational development, leadership, people analytics, change management, workforce strategy, artificial intelligence in Human Resources, technology integration, and executive leadership. I am committed to lifelong learning and continuously expanding my knowledge to help organizations adapt, innovate, and grow.

Outside of work, I enjoy continuous learning, emerging technology, artificial intelligence, strategic planning, leadership development, and professional networking. I also enjoy gardening, raising poultry, caring for small animals, home improvement projects, and spending time outdoors with my family. I am passionate about lifelong learning, mentoring others, and finding innovative ways to improve organizations and strengthen communities.

Laurel Valley Farms Led Human Resources, Safety, Compliance, Operations, and Technology for a rapidly growing manufacturing organization. Directed full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, workers’ compensation, payroll systems, HRIS implementation, OSHA compliance, leadership coaching, investigations, organizational development, and strategic planning. Partnered directly with five owners and 14 managers while supporting a workforce of more than 100 employees. Implemented HR and technology systems, developed company policies and handbooks, modernized business operations, and leveraged AI to improve efficiency and decision-making.
