Amanda Pellicone

I’m Amanda “Mishka” Pellicone, a Creative Writing and English student, professional overthinker, and firm believer that a good story and a questionable amount of caffeine can probably improve any situation. I’m passionate about writing, mythology, education, and creating characters with enough emotional baggage to qualify for their own carry-on allowance.

My ultimate goal is to return to the classroom as an educator, preferably while still finding time to write novels, plays, and whatever other creative idea decides to kick down the door of my brain at 2 a.m. I love learning, creating, and challenging myself academically, even when that challenge leaves me staring at an assignment and wondering who approved this level of suffering.

Outside of school, I spend most of my time writing, creating art, gaming, and working on an ever-growing collection of creative projects. Apparently, having one hobby was never an option.
